Terms and Licence

Last updated: 22 October 2026

In short: we provide templates and a tool to help you prepare and present your own Martyn's Law documentation, including to the Security Industry Authority (SIA) if it asks to see it.

Everything you write in them is your information and your responsibility. 14twenty Productions Ltd does not review, verify, approve or endorse anything you enter, and using our products does not mean your premises or event complies with the law.

1. Who we are

The Musterpoint is a trading name of 14twenty Productions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16634701, registered office Neill Dy Newydd, Trearddur Bay, Stanley Mill Lane, Holyhead, Wales, LL65 2BZ. Contact: hello@themusterpoint.co.uk.

Purchases are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for your order and handles payment, VAT and receipts. These terms cover your use of our products.

2. What we provide

Our products provide format, structure and general guidance based on the Home Office statutory guidance published in April 2026. They are not a consultancy service, a site assessment, an audit or legal advice.

3. Your information and your responsibility

4. Your licence

5. Digital content and cancellation

Our products are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. If you are buying as a consumer, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download or licence key is provided. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described. If something is not working, contact us at hello@themusterpoint.co.uk.

6. Liability

7. Your data

Answers you enter in the generator are saved in your own browser and are not sent to us. See our privacy notice for how we handle mailing list and order information.

8. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
